Water park was a good size for kids to run around by themselves. Has 3 bigger slides and multiple smaller slides. The pool for swimming was cloudy. Not enough chairs or tables and they ran out of pool towels quickly! The hotel room was two conjoined rooms with 2 queen beds in each room. The floors were sticky and filthy. My kids showered and walked around the room and their feet were black. The seal under the door was missing, my room key didn't work and had to go twice to the front desk. The crib was a good size for my 15m old except it was dirty. I wiped the whole thing down before she slept in it. Breakfast buffet was decent and decently priced. The snack shop closed early so no ice cream. We didn't do the arcade.
We stayed there this weekend, June 26 & 27, 2021. I was afraid due to reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The front lobby was beautiful. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. Before our rooms were assigned they called to housekeeping to ensure they were ready. Our rooms were clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. The water park wasn’t overcrowded. It was a very nice place to be. We didn’t eat at the hotel or try the arcade. Only con is there should be security staff overnight. We had kids knocking on our door at 2 am and people smoking pot from balconies overnight. Overall I still give 4 stars as we very much enjoyed our stay!!
*UPDATED: We got the resort fee refunded. I have had time to reflect and will keep the 1 star review. For me, that is an honest review. Some folks seem to like it as is so give it a shot if you want, but I would at least wait until the construction next door is done. We prepaid for an entire week and were ready to leave after the first night. The front staff was great and really seemed to enjoy their job but that is where the good times ended. The room was trashy (the lamp shade fell off when we turned it on, the blinds didn't close all the way, and there was an outlet with 3 things plugged into it pressed right against the top mattress to name a FEW). The resort itself wasn't any better. Add to it most of the rest of the patrons looked like they walked directly off the set of Maury. We left the next day for a better hotel and were told we would be refunded the remaining $33 a day resort fee, but it has been 3 days and nothing has come back on my card yet. This one is a HARD pass unless you are without kids and fresh outta weed. I feel bad leaving such a terrible review, but aside from the staff nothing else was worth the money.
This hotel was actually very great! I took my daughter her just recently for her birthday and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! The water park was even better and they had everything for the family. The bar was amazing and the front pool is open until 10. The room was good I can’t complain other then the water pressure in the shower was terrible and it took forever for the water to drain.
Hotel was in a great location with tons to do. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel customer service is some of the best iv experienced in a long time. It would have a higher rating but the housekeepers barged into our room 4 times before checkout without knocking, the pool has no safety around the slides and the lifeguards did not do anything.
